Returns:

So, you wanna send something back? No sweat. Just slide into our customer support’s inbox at returns@beautybitchofficial.com and they’ll take it from there.

Heads up though – we only accept unused products for returns. If you’ve already had your fun with it, you’ll need to check out the refund policy instead.

Here’s when you can’t return:

  • Clock’s ticking: If it’s been more than 30 days since you received it babe, you’re outta luck.
  • Used products: Once you’ve tried it, it’s yours. Health standards you know. But don’t stress – try our Refunds - 3 Treatments Risk-Free Trial Policy if you want to test before fully committing.
  • Broken seal, broken heart: If that seal’s been tampered with, it’s not coming back unless it’s actually defective.
  • Rules are rules: No proof of purchase? Trying to return late? No can do, boo.
  • Oops, you broke it: If it looks like it’s been through the wringer because of mishandling, we unfortunately cant't take it back.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM

Got something damaged, defective, or just plain wrong? Don’t sweat it! Hit us up within 30 days of your ship date and spill the details—what’s wrong, what you got instead, and make sure to include a pic of the packaging (with that tracking number showing) and the item you received. Our Returns Department will check it out and offer you some options: a replacement or a gift card. If the original item is still in stock, we’ll send it out to you, no charge.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Beauty b!tch products are classified as hygienic items. To protect everyone’s health and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Sorry, but rules are rules!

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you’re in the UK or Europe, we’ve got you covered—return shipping is on us. For our international beauties, you're responsible for your own return shipping costs. Pro tip: we recommend using a tracked and insured method, 'cause we can’t be held responsible for lost returns.

Important: Be sure to write “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package. If you don’t, it might just come right back to you!

CONTACT BEFORE RETURN

Always reach out before sending anything back, since the return address might differ from where your order was originally shipped. Plus, getting a Refund Authorization helps us track your return and speeds up the process. Just a heads-up—if you return something without giving us the heads-up first, we can’t guarantee a refund.

RETURN TRACKING

Keep an eye on your return using your carrier’s tracking info to ensure it gets safely delivered to us. Once we’ve got it, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund. You can also track the status of your return or exchange right in your online order history.
